This page describes what data ReviewBot collects when you connect it to Google Chat and how it is used.

What we collect

Your email address (for sign-in), the Google Chat spaces you choose to connect, and the App Store / Google Play reviews ReviewBot posts to those spaces. We do not sell your data.

Google Workspace data

ReviewBot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect a Google Chat space at any time from your account page, which immediately stops new reviews from being posted there.
